Thanks for thinking about giving yourself all the naughty thrills & chills you deserve!  However, to avoid unnecessary confusion & concern, please bear in mind when you do that although times, technology & the off-line trade we've proudly served since 1990 have changed considerably to say the least, those of us behind this site are still old-fashioned in more ways than the obvious one.

As a result, we prefer to PERSONALLY pick up orders up off our secure server, process them by hand, & send e-mags as attachments to the order confirmation e-mail we send you after we receive & process your order as we've always done. Soooo, depending on where you are & when you place your order, you may have to wait a short while for your e-mags to be sent.

Our business hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday, US Pacific time... Although we have been known to work later & on some Sundays, too!  However, rest assured your fanzines will be on the way as soon as possible & ALWAYS within a day unless we've posted a special circumstances notice. 

If you don't hear from us within a day, something is wrong & you need to contact us again! Odds are there was a typo with the e-mail address you were too excited to double check, or you forgot to take off the receipt restrictions on the e-mail account you chose to use! It happens ALL the time &, obviously, we can't do anything about it until you contact us again with the correct e-mail address info or blocks removed.

Soooo... PLEASE double check YOUR e-mail address for accuracy when placing your order & REMOVE ANY RECEIPT RESTRICTIONS you may have put on the e-mail account you chose to use!  We'll be waiting to hear from you & won't scold you too much for worrying us!

Also, if you're taking advantage of one of our spanking-hot special offers, please order your e-mags as usual but bear in mind when you do that our modest but secure shopping cart software can't be set up to show the discounts on your selections.  However, rest assured that we will apply them when we personally process your order & confirm that you were not billed for ANYTHING you shouldn't have been in our confirmation/e-mag delivery e-mail.

Lastly, If you're ordering a bunch of E-Mags as we truly hope you will, please be sure that you have room in the in-basket of the e-mail address you supply. (Our E-Mags are packed with pages & pages of eye-popping words & graphics & run anywhere from 2 to 20 Megabytes in size for our new color format.)
