International Shipping Issues
As much as we'd like our spanking-hot products to have a true,
world-wide audience, we CANNOT guarantee shipments to residents of countries that seize
incoming adult-oriented mail or parcels like Canada, nor can we assure delivery to
countries like Italy (No disrespect intended Italian friends & fans, but your postal
system is the worst!!) that make mailing large envelopes & packages as big a gamble as
hitting the jackpot in Las Vegas!!
Soooo, if your country's custom service or postal system is still
living in the dark ages, you'll have to wait until the powers that be get it together or
ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK & hope your selections slip through. (Of course, you could also
help us find a retailer near you too! We're always looking for new retail accounts for
folks who don't like risking mail order shipments!)
Also international customers, PLEASE NOTE that our videos are
only available in NTSC VHS format at this time.

Order to Ship Time/Notification
ALL SHE publications/products are mailed in plain, discreet
packages within TWO WEEKS of receipt, though usually much sooner. You will be notified by
e-mail when your order has been shipped & can track it via the link on this page.
Please allow for reasonable mail delays after shipment notification & inform us if
your order is not received. Mail losses are infrequent, but as all of us in the mail-order
biz know, they do occasionally occur.
The only exceptions to this rule are the occasional pre-sale
releases that are occasionally offered for magazines, videos, etc. &
personal/commercial ads due for publication in yet to be released issues of our magazines.
In both of these cases, orders must be prepaid.

Postage & Handling Charges
U.S. residents please add $2.00 per video/DVD, $1.00 per publication
& audio.
Canadian & Mexican residents please add $2.00 per publication & audio, $5.00 per
video. Other international orders please see note above

if you still want to order, please add $5.00 per publication & audio, $10.00 per video/DVD
up to the first $150.00 worth of merchandise, & an additional $10.00 for every $100.00
in merchandise thereafter. PLEASE NOTE: Video tapes are only available in
U.S./Japan NTSC VHS format. However, our DVD's are available in both NTSC
& European PAL formats.

can always resort to even older fashioned methods & send a snail mail version of your
