All About E-Mags

Scarlett Hill is a small, self-supported boutique enterprise founded & staffed since 1990 by life-long spanking enthusiasts, so we aren't kidding when we say we know & understand the sensitive nature of our special passion & the unfortunate need for discretion when it comes to enjoying it.  As a result, we've proudly achieved & continue to maintain an unblemished record for COMPLETE CONFIDENTIALITY by steadfastly refusing to gossip about, hint at, sell, or otherwise reveal ANY INFORMATION about our patrons & friends.

We will also NOT include you in our occasional e-mail notifications of new products, updates, etc. if you'd prefer.  So, if you DO WANT TO RECEIVE SHE PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL via the e-mail address you provide when ordering, please make sure to say so in the "comment" field available on the on-line order form when placing your order.

PS: We NO LONGER do snail promotional mailings of any kind, so even if you still prefer that old-fashioned method & DVD's to clips, you can rest easy that we won't be invading your privacy or sending any surprises to your mail box.

Times, technology & the off-line trade we've proudly served since 1990 have changed considerably to say the least, but please do note when ordering that this site & the folks behind it are old-fashioned in many more ways than one, including the MANUAL secure server pick-up, personal processing & e-mail attachment delivery system we currently employ to fill E-Mag orders within our standard business hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday, US Pacific time... Although we have been known to work later & on some Sundays, too!

As a result, depending on where you are & when you place your order, you may have to wait a short while for your e-mags to be sent, but rest assured they will be on the way as soon as possible & ALWAYS within 2 days unless we've posted a special circumstances notice. So, if you don't hear from us by then, something is wrong... Most probably with the e-mail address you were too excited to double check! It happens ALL the time!  So, please contact us again.  We'll be waiting to hear from you & won't scold you too much for worrying us!

Also, if you're taking advantage of one of our get one FREE or multi-issue for a specific price deals, please order your e-mags as usual but bear in mind when you do that our shopping cart software can't be set up to zero out the price of your free selections.  However, rest assured that we will zero your free items out when we process your order & confirm that you were not billed for THEM in our confirmation/e-mag delivery e-mail.

About ordering by Snail Mail

If you don't like ordering on-line, you can always resort to even older fashioned methods & send a snail mail version of your order to our Nevada mailing address:

If this is your first time ordering from us, a signed disclaimer stating that you are over 18 & purchasing our products for your personal enjoyment only MUST be included. Credit card users, please include which credit card you want to exercise, your name as it appears on your card, the BILLING address where you receive your statement, (for verfication purposes only), the card  #, & the expiration date.

About postage & handling charges

U.S. residents: $3.00 per DVD or audio.

Canadian & Mexican residents: Please see note below &, if you still want to order, expect to be billed $5.00 per DVD & audio.

All other international orders:  Please see note below &, if you still want to order, expect to be billed  $10.00 per DVD & audio up to the first $150.00 worth of merchandise & an additional $10.00 for every $100.00 in merchandise thereafter. PLEASE NOTE: DVD's are only available in U.S./Japan NTSC VHS format.

International Shipping Issues

As much as we'd like our spanking-hot products to have a true, world-wide audience, we CANNOT guarantee shipments to residents of countries that seize incoming adult-oriented mail or parcels like the United Kingdom, nor can we assure delivery to countries like Italy (No disrespect intended Italian friends & fans, but your postal system is the worst!!) that make mailing large envelopes & packages as big a gamble as hitting the jackpot in Las Vegas!! 

Soooo, if your country's custom service or postal system is still living in the dark ages, you'll have to wait until the powers that be get it together or ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK & hope your selections slip through. (Of course, you could also help us find a retailer near you too! We're always looking for new retail accounts for folks who don't like risking mail order shipments!)

Also international customers, PLEASE NOTE that our DVD's are only available in NTSC format at this time.
